Hi!! I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend! Last week I posted about my Popping Long O class activity and promised I’d upload it. Every morning I’d head to school reminding myself to get the file from my school computer and bring it home so I could upload it, and everyday I’d forget to do it. Well Friday I used my sure fire method of remembering….I wrote the reminder in ink on my hand (come on don’t tell no one else has ever done that). So if you’d like that file click on the picture below. So please charge it to my head and not my heart for being so late with this. I hope you can still use it.
I have four more days…then I’m out for Christmas break! So here’s a peek at what we did this week.
On yesterday we did our Which Part of the Gingerbread Man Did You Bite graph. I love doing this each year. You can also see Mrs. Lemons alphabets in the background.
Click below for a picture of the gingerbread
We completed an observation sheet too.
We also graphed Christmas M&M’s.
The Glyph Girls
Can I just say how much I love The Glyph Girls. We completed their Reindeer Glyph on Thursday. I didn’t use the raffia and I forgot (naturally) the scrapbook paper…but I think they turned out great.
Wall O’ Christmas: I have a long display wall right outside my classroom. I love love love posting students work. So here’s what the outside of my classroom looks like. We also completed First Grade Fevers Christmas Mouse Writing activity.

So glad you remembered... I've been waiting patiently. Sadly, even writing on my hand doesn't work for me sometimes! lol

Thanks so much for sharing the gingerbread graphing documents! I wanted to do that activity this week but I wasn't sure where to look for a gingerbread man template! :)
ReplyDeleteMarvelous Multiagers!
I'm so glad to know that other people have a hard time remembering things too. I actually don't write on my hand but probably should. Thanks for sharing the popcorn ideas.
