I am so glad the week is over for me!!! My school system has tomorrow and Monday off! And when I tell you I need it…that is a Biggie Sized understatement. I’m guessing it’s Spring Fever but my students have been all kinds of bonkers this week. And why is it when you have an education student (who needs some observation hours) in your room for a few days your kids forget about all the rules and routines, their little minds take off for parts unknown and aliens inhabit their bodies. Does anyone else have that problem????
Then there’s the fact that lately I’ve been doing everything else at my school besides what I’m actually getting paid to do…can you say SACS Review. Thoughts anyone??? This has been a Craaaaaaaazy week!
Anyway, I’m in such a good mood I’m giving you a free “ee/ea” Beachy Word Sort activity. Just click on the picture to download you own little copy. Enjoy and how about some feedback, or love, or just commiserate with me. Now I’m going somewhere to find some liquid libation, do some mindless reading..a.k.a. US Weekly and People, and watch Fashion Police on TiVo…holla if ya hear me!!

Thank you, Yolanda! Enjoy your 4 days of relaxation! My kids are a little off as well but I blamed it on the continued rainy weather! We have no more days off and our last day is May 24th. I am looking forward to May 25th! Liz in South Dakota

Down Under Teacher
Thank you so much! I can totally relate. We had state testing this week, which we don't take (first grade), but our schedules changed to accomodate the other grades.
